- You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction with the course.
2. Non-Refundable Cases

- If you have accessed or completed a significant portion of the course.
- If the refund request is made after the refund period has expired.
- If you violated our Terms and Conditions, including sharing course materials.
